It is an exotic resort, yet with the seclusion only a private home can provide. As you proceed through the gates you are greeted by a spectacular view of the sea framed by palm trees and curves and shapes of the rooftop design. Stairs cascade down like a waterfall, which split in two and then rejoin like a grand river, bringing you to the Mediterranean-style courtyard and entrance to the palazzo. The courtyard is framed with potted plants making a great setting to greet guests. Imagine your guests standing at the top of the double stairs...the bilingual staff standing in the courtyard ready to make guests feel at home...the mariachi band playing...
Foyer: This stunning home is entered through 200 year old church doors, discovered in Tlaquepaque Mexico. The foyer is in fact a balcony area overlooking the living room, terrace, pool and on to the brilliant blue sea where you can watch the surf breaking on Pelican Rock.
The Mexican marble entrance foyer flows easily down the double curvilinear staircases into the elegant rooms on the first floor.

Living Room: Open to the terrace and the sea, the Mexican marble-floored living room rises spectacularly to an illuminated, domed ceiling supported by Gothic-style columns. This wonderful room is crowned by an artistic tin chandelier made in San Miguel Allende.
The curved, built-in sofa is perfectly framed by the Moorish-style wrought iron rails of the double stairs and the columns rising to the ceiling. Massive chairs carved in a woven bamboo design and a large round glass coffee table complete this room. The room is softly lit in the evening by hidden indirect lighting.

Dining Areas: The villa is designed with four distinct dining areas. The first is the main dining area, adjacent to the living room and pool terrace, which seats twelve. The second is the more informal, four-person dining area on the opposite side of the living room, also overlooking the pool and ocean. The third would be the intimate dining area in the tower of the master suite, designed for dinner for two in a private setting. Finally, a casual breakfast for eight to ten is available at the breakfast table in the kitchen.
Main Dining Area: The main dining table is a red granite topped round table. Serving can be done from the nearby buffet, or the tabletop serving turntable, also topped with red granite. Here again the Mediterranean motif continues with the illuminated domed ceiling rising over thirty feet and crowned by another hand-cut tin chandelier; this chandelier is over five feet tall.
Informal Dining Area: For dining in a more informal setting, the smaller dining area is quite cozy with its marble-topped table sitting four. From here, diners look out through rounded Moorish arches to the pool and sea below.
Tower Dining Area: The most intimate dining table is located in the Master Suite Tower. It is perfect for a personal dinner for two. The marble flooring, crystal chandelier, and supple white draperies, with the scenes of the azure ocean and shoreline from five windows, brings peace and relaxation to dining enjoyment.
Kitchen: The kitchen is large by American standards and for Mexico it is extraordinary. It adjoins the main dining area with double glass doors between. Built-in cabinets in a bleached wood, a glass front china cabinet and three built in glass door display cases house multiple sets of stoneware, Mexican silver serving pieces, and traditional Mexican glassware. The large preparation island has two sinks as well as a huge work space. Like all of the counters, the island features a red granite top. The majority of the appliances are by Whirlpool: two side-by-side refrigerators with ice-makers and water dispensers; a five burner gas range with griddle and over-sized oven; and a microwave.
