The roof-top observation deck offers unlimited 360-degree visibility with fabulous views of the ocean and the nearby mountains.

The Villa features four large one bedroom suites with separate private entries and access to the main house and pool area. Each suite sleeps 5 people and has a seperate kitchenette. You can rent one individual suite or the entire four-suite Villa, for a total of up to 20 people.

The main house contains a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with TV/VCR, dining room, 1/2 bath, breakfast nook and a large balcony above the palapa bar.

The fully-equipped, open air palapa bar is conveniently located poolside with 1/2 bath and an outside shower. The two   pools feature a cascading waterfall and sunken barstools.  Above the three-car garage, you will find a lounging area with a sun-warmed spa/jacuzzi.

Your room is furnished with two queen beds and one twin bed, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, satellite TV system, air conditioning unit, large dressing room, a spacious two-person shower (with dual shower heads) and two balconies overlooking the Pacific Ocean on one side and Playa Tejoncito--a beautiful, safe and private swimming/snorkeling beach to the east.
