There is a beautiful pool and some of the best sunsets in town!  Each unit has a fully outfitted kitchen and satellite TV. The project has gated parking plus 24 hour security. 

Enjoy your vacation at  the lovely Princesa Condos right on Sandy Beach. These condos have 2  bedrooms, are  fully furnished with modern kitchens and TV all completely equipped. There are three heated pools and many other amenities.  This project also has gated parking with 24 hour security. 

The fun Las Gaviotas condos are also very near to the Plaza Las Glorias Hotel.  Formerly known as the Penasco Beach and Tennis Club Condominiums, (there never were any tennis courts), these condominiums have a  pool, very big patios and great beach views! They sleep up to six people per two bedroom unit.
